Return Policy
Items may be returned within 30 days of arrival. Items must be in the same condition as received. Item with missing contents (packaging, parts, etc.) will either be refused for return or a 15% restocking fee will be assessed.
Shipping
We will ship items within the same or next business day. Orders received after 3:00 EST time will be processed the following business day. If your item arrives damaged please save all your packaging and contact us immediately. We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 on all products excluding bicycles, spin bikes, trailers, or any other oversized items to US Ground addresses.
We will try to ship all items together, but packaging circumstances might prevent this. Orders are typically processed and shipped after all items are available to ship. Split shipments are only available by direct request and UBC approval.
International
Shipping does not include the taxes, duties, and brokerage fees. The purchaser is responsible for making the payment when fees are applicable. Please contact your local customs office for a quote on taxes and duties.
